By accessing or using SeeTHRU.tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeeTHRU.tech is a reverse image facial recognition service that allows users to search the web for images matching a provided photo. The service is powered by third-party facial recognition technology (FaceCheck.ID).

3. Permitted Use

You may only use SeeTHRU.tech for lawful purposes, including:

• Searching for unauthorized use of your own image
• Identifying fake profiles using your own photo
• Protecting your personal identity online
• Verifying the authenticity of someone who has given you their consent

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use SeeTHRU.tech to:

• Stalk, harass, or surveil any individual
• Search for images of minors
• Collect or aggregate personal data on others without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations including GDPR
• Use results for discrimination, blackmail, or any harmful purpose
• Search for images of individuals without their consent (unless it is your own image)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the information obtained through our service. SeeTHRU.tech provides search results as-is and does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy of results. You agree to use results responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Privacy & Your Photos

Photos you upload are processed in your browser and sent directly to our search engine. We do not permanently store your full photos on our servers. Thumbnail previews may be stored for administrative purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Search credits are non-refundable once a search has been completed. If you experience a technical issue that prevented your search from completing, contact [email protected] within 7 days for a review.

Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that search results are complete, accurate, or up to date. Facial recognition technology is not 100% accurate and results should not be used as definitive proof of identity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeTHRU.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from reliance on search results.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Social Media Publishing Tool

SeeTHRU.tech may offer a social media content scheduling and publishing feature ("the Publisher"). By using the Publisher you agree that:

• You authorize the Publisher to post content to social media accounts on your behalf using official platform APIs
• You are solely responsible for all content published through the tool
• You will not use the Publisher to post spam, violate platform terms, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour
• API access tokens are stored locally in your browser and are never sold or shared with third parties
• You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok or Instagram account settings
